Pine Lake Manor offers a number of comfortable spaces for one to enjoy their leisure time, but the lower-level game room is best suited for a night of family fun! Tucked thoughtfully between the great room, next to the kitchenette, and connected to a small theater area, this game room is the perfect place for guests to test their skills.
GAMES FOR EVERYONE
There is an official, 9’ shuffleboard table perfect for two or four people to enjoy. The bar-height game table and cushioned bar chairs are a great size for any board game, but specifically designed with chess in mind. Players can grab a drink and a snack from the lower-level kitchenette and socialize with guests spending time in the great room. The entire area opens into a covered patio with breath-taking views of the lake.
CUSTOM DETAILS TURN OWNER DREAMS INTO A REALITY
There are thoughtful details throughout the space, but the highlight has to be the custom-made cabinet. It was really important to the owners to incorporate a vintage, 1930’s Kelvinator refrigerator into the space. While the refrigerator wasn’t in working condition and could not be repaired, Renz Construction worked with their custom woodworking company to create a built-in cabinet that features the unique Kelvinator as the cabinet door and latch. The custom piece carries all the vintage flair of the original refrigerator with the stability and functionality of modern design.
An Inviting Space for All
The game room also opens up into a small theater area complete with an 85” tv, a built-in bench for additional seating and incorporated storage drawers, and two swivel chairs. Built in storage frames the screen and creates a cozy scene for anyone to enjoy. Guests truly have everything they need in the lower-level and the game room tops it all off wonderfully. No matter what time of year, this space is a perfect getaway to spend some time bonding with friends and family.
