Many of our clients live in other areas and those who do not, have very busy lives. We know our clients cannot be at the work site overseeing every detail of the project and we don’t expect them to. Wendy and Greg do regular walk-throughs of each project, keeping detailed notes and photos of every step in the process to keep their clients as up-to-date as they want to be, whether they are just down the road, or 1,000 miles away.
We know the remodeling and new construction process can come with some unexpected challenges. We promise to always look for the best solutions. We notify our clients immediately if there are any setbacks and have honest conversations on how to proceed. We believe in transparency and we will always tell you what is happening and the best way to proceed.

Remodeling your home can be quite the endeavor – new additions, updated kitchens, expanded bathrooms – they can take some time and they can certainly get a little messy. We believe, however, that our clients deserve to come home to a stress-free environment and that’s why we clean the work site every day before leaving. We even bring in professional cleaning services after key milestones in the construction process, like post-drywall. We take great precaution to ensure the area is safe from hazards and leave the site as clean as possible.
