There are hundreds of lakes in Southeastern Wisconsin and thousands of homes waiting for a little TLC. Together, with Dream Build Developers, we aim to turn rundown, outdated lake houses into dream lake homes.
Along with Jerry and Becky, the founders of Dream Build, we travel throughout our area, finding homes for sale that require a lot of work to bring them up to par. After purchasing the property, we get to work reimagining the home – creating beautiful plans to change the footprint and layout. Together, we work to develop smart floor plans that maximize space, function, and flow with top-tier taste in each lake home renovation.

We recently finished our flagship project, the Elkhorn Lake House. This luxury three-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-story home now takes full advantage of its lake views. We drastically altered the floorplan to give each room an optimal view while maintaining the existing footprint as not to disturb the rare bird sanctuary nearby. The once closed-off, difficult to navigate, dark house is filled with natural light that floods in through new windows, two new entry ways, and an open floor plan. High-end finishes, appliances, and a luxurious interior design are amplified by expert construction and quality materials.
