Okauchee Lake Addition
Our clients off Okauchee Lake wanted to increase the footprint of their home by utilizing the existing second floor rubber roof deck. We reinforced the structure and built out an addition that contained a master bedroom and bathroom complete with additional closets. The second-floor addition, featuring white siding and a series of beautiful windows, blended perfectly with the existing home.
The new bedroom featured curved entryways, large, new windows and trim to let in a lot of natural light, and unique ceilings to open up the rooms and add visual interest. The new bathroom features a large stand-in shower with grey and tan floor-to-ceiling tiling and a custom tile border. The caramel brown vanity is the perfect accent to the custom marbled grey tile flooring.
