Pine Lake Manor Luxury Lower Level
The exposed lower level of Pine Lake Manor faces the lake and connects to a full, covered patio for round-the-year entertaining. Whether in the fitness room, family getaway, or the great room, the owners and their guests are in perfect site of the lake. A great room, game room, kitchenette, and theater area complete the space while two mechanical rooms and two storage rooms bring utility to the space.
The Fitness Room, Game Room, and Theater Area
The lower level of Pine Lake Manor is dedicated to true rest and relaxation. The fitness room offers clear views of the lake, ample space for fitness equipment like a weight bench, Pelaton stand up bike, elliptical, and free weights. We added custom gym flooring to absorb shock and mounted a tv for fitness videos and entertainment. We also mounted a mirror to aid in stretching, yoga, and weight-lifting form.
The game room includes a 9’ shuffleboard table and game table. Located directly in-between the lower level great room and theater area, anyone in the game room can enjoy the same entertainment as either space.
The theater area itself includes a custom, built-in seating nook perfect for getting cozy and watching movies. To add function to the space, the nook is made of custom soft-close drawers that match the custom cabinetry below the mounted tv to house board games. The owners can control the sound system, lighting, and heat through smart apps on their phones. The theater room is complete with two full-swivel chairs.
The Kitchenette and Great Room
To create an easy entertaining space for guests and family alike, the owners worked with our team to add a kitchenette and great room in the lower level. The great room not only has beautiful views of the lake, it also has direct access to the covered patio for outdoor fun. Featuring a large, mounted TV and fireplace along with ample, comfortable seating, the great room is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the day.
If the owners or guests need any refreshments, they can visit the open-air kitchenette directly behind the great room. Featuring a full set of cabinets, soft-close drawers, a sink, and a subway tile backsplash, this kitchenette is both elegant and useful. A breakfast bar, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, and full refrigerator give this kitchenette everything it needs to complete the lower level.
The Family Getaway
In order to provide the perfect getaway for visiting families, the owners of Pine Lake Manor added a family getaway to the lower level. This area consists of a parents’ bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kids’ bunk bedroom. Thoughtfully placed next to the kitchenette, great room, and theater room, this getaway has tailored amenities for adults and children alike. Parents can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and a full, walk-in shower while their children can play until their hearts are content. The kids’ room features a set of bunkbeds with interior lighting for the perfect sleepover.
Mechanical and Storage Rooms
The lower level includes two storage rooms on each side of the home, perfect for seasonal gear, clothing, furniture and more. In order to keep the whole home working smoothly, two mechanical rooms are outfitted with water heaters, boilers, the IT rack, the HVAC system, and the home security equipment. Each piece of equipment is accessible and protected.
