Mediterranean Inspired Powder Room

As one of two powder rooms on the main floor of Pine Lake Manor, this half bath combines the vibrance of the Mediterranean with the timeless elegance of coastal luxury. The owners spared no detail when working with our team to design and build this room. Every fixture and finish were hand selected to add dimension and structure to curate a space that feels natural to the home and unique to itself.

A Luxurious Color Palette

Sand and stone colored herringbone tile with pale grout lay the perfect foundation for the bright Mediterranean blue shiplap walls. The polished quartz countertop on the vanity complements the white porcelain and white door and window trim throughout the room. Brushed brass faucet fixtures, a pair of brass and glass sconces, and a brass towel hanger draw the eye and pull the whole room together.

Custom Features

Crown molding, a custom vanity with exposed shelving, and a window with white trim complete the space. We included crown molding in the powder room to foster a cohesive experience throughout the entire home while adding a touch of traditional elegance to the space. Acting as a strong finish to the room, the crown molding adds balance to the vibrant walls.

We also worked with our carpenter to design a custom vanity that includes a quartz countertop to match other quartz features throughout the home. Exposed shelving and a distressed finish on the wood help incorporate modern and coastal elements. This vanity is one in a series of built-in furniture pieces that we designed especially for Pine Lake Manor to create a complete visual story throughout the home. An exterior window with custom blinds and clean, white trim bring dimension and natural like to this powder room, making it both elegant and timeless.
